Every month I share 1–3 n8n workflows I actually use. You get Viewer access to one shared Sheet and a members-only Drive folder while you subscribe. I stay the owner. Cancel and I unshare.

What you get

  • Shared Google Sheet — four tabs: This month, Archive, How to import, Stack. Viewer only.
  • Members-only Drive folder — the n8n JSON files for this month and the archive.
  • 1–3 new workflows on the first weekday of each month. Not a drip of leftovers — the ones I would run.
  • How to import — a short note on getting JSON into your n8n. You still wire your own credentials.
  • Cancel = unshare — I remove Viewer access. Copies you already imported into your n8n stay.

You never own the files.

I stay the owner of the Sheet and the Drive folder. You get Viewer access for as long as the subscription is active. That is the deal, said plainly.

When you cancel, I unshare both. You will not keep a personal copy of the folder. If you already imported a workflow into your own n8n, that copy stays. I cannot pull it back, and I am not going to try.

This is not the shop.

The one-time templates — $39 each — and the $99 5-flow bundle still live on the shop. Those you buy, you keep. Workflow Drop is the monthly feed for people who want new JSON on a cadence, not a pile they own forever.

If you want to own five workflows outright, buy the bundle. If you want a new drop each month and you are fine with access ending when you leave, this is that.

How it works

  1. Subscribe. Stripe checkout. Use the Google account email you want the share sent to.
  2. I share Viewer access. One Sheet (This month / Archive / How to import / Stack) and one Drive folder of JSON. I stay owner.
  3. First weekday of the month. 1–3 new workflows land in the folder and get a row on This month. Prior months move to Archive.
  4. Cancel anytime. I unshare. Imports already in your n8n stay. Nothing else.
